Four Color Comics MUX has the general basic policy of treating other players and staffers with courtesy.

Player Policy

1. Please be polite to your staffers. When staff says no, it means no. Do not persist in arguing a point after you have been told no.

2. Please be polite to other players. Problems should be brought to the attention of staff rather than devolving into flame wars. Unedited logs will be requested in mediating disputes. On a related note, do not act overly familiar with players without their permission. This includes lap-curling or snuggling or other things of this nature. Ask first.

3. Don't harass other players. If someone asks you not to contact them, cease doing so by any means. If you need something from them, ask a staffer.

4. Do not enter a player's private rooms without their permission.

5. All alts must be disclosed to staff. Do not attempt to make unlicensed alts, it is easy for staff to pick up on this. Alts do not need to be disclosed to other players. Do not disclose another player's alts without their permission.

6. Rape and child abuse are inappropriate as plot elements. Don't do it. If you want some exploited Dickensian orphans we can have a talk about it, but as a general rule these elements should not come up in play. If you can do it tastefully, you may use one of these elements in a character background.

7. IC info should not bleed OOC. In a similar vein, your alts should not interact in any fashion.

8. Don't vote for someone if you didn't actually RP with them.

Staff Policy

In addition to player policies, staff must adhere to the following:

1. Staff may not approve any of their own character applications, notes or other requests.

2. Staff may not spy on players.

3. Staff may not summon PCs without warning.

4. Staff must remain courteous to one another and to the playerbase. If there is a player-staffer issue, please contact Anti-Life Equation.

5. Staff may not discuss political, religious or other controversial OOC issues from their staff bits.
